PAT GOVERNMENT COMPLEX 3-1

The building mass of the Government Complex 3-1 cascades to create green terraces on the south-facing segment of the building, maximizing sun exposure for the observation decks. This massing strategy creates an inverse stepping that provides shade for the outdoor sports fields on the north side of the building. Tying together these staggered levels are multi-story glass atria. The Government Complex 3-1 will act as a gateway for the sports fields and towards other adjacent PAT complexes.
