PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIVE TOWN GOVERNMENT BUILDING PHASE 1-1
As a showcase and practical cornerstone project to lead the whole new development of the 667-acre PAT, the project has followed and elaborated H’s visions at the urban master planning phase for PAT. The “Continuous Tangential Lines” concept, for instance, was implemented in depth at the building scale respecting the given topographical context. Breaking the traditional border between building and ground, the building mass is three dimensionally carved out from the ground level and reclaimed back to the landscaped ground. The seamless, yet dynamic integration among disparate dimensions is resonated in the spatial circulation and configuration throughout the building exteriors and interiors.
