CBB Bank New York is a 1,730 square-foot tenant improvement project organized under a cohesive, linear design concept. The interior architecture relies on a unified aesthetic, incorporating materials such as wood veneers, stone, and tile to create a professional and welcoming environment. Exterior entrance modifications and the replacement of the storefront glazing enhance the bank’s visible presence while integrating seamlessly with the existing structure.

Strategically located at 156-44D Northern Blvd, the project utilizes an existing ground-floor retail space to establish a highly accessible branch.

At the programmatic level, the layout establishes a clear operational sequence divided into public-facing and private zones. The Front of House features a main entrance vestibule with 24-hour ATM access, a spacious service waiting area, and linear teller stations designed to activate the space and encourage seamless customer interaction. The Back of House is dedicated strictly to secure banking programs and staff efficiency, integrating a general office, manager rooms, a conference room, and a secure vault.

Through targeted interior renovations, efficient spatial planning, and a refined material palette, the CBB Bank project presents a highly functional and contemporary model for retail banking developments in New York.
