HArchitecture played a crucial role from the conceptual design phase, spearheadingthe vision for this project. The developmentencompasses a gross floor area of 395,369 SF, expanding to 527,277 SF includingparking.This includes substantial allocations for residentialspaces (191,709 SF), hotel facilities (63,633 SF), and retail areas (55,695SF), complemented by extensive parking provisions (131,908 SF).H Architecture's involvement ensured a cohesive strategy for integrating thesevaried uses within a complex site context, focusing on optimizing layout andenhancing user flow. Their expertise in managing large-scale, mixed-usedevelopments was critical in shaping a design that not only meets functionaldemands but also enriches the community's urban experience.
