There are 4 types of units; Townhouse, Balcony house, Terrace house, and Penthouse. Townhouse units are duplex units on ground level. These units benefit from mandatory setback requirements by having private yards. Balcony house units are typical units of the development. These 2-bedroom units have enjoy large covered balconies. Terrace house units are on upper floors and have private terrace open to the sky. The penthouse units have terraces and views across the Brooklyn.
The building is designed with the aftermath of COVID-19 in mind. Firstly, all units have private outdoor spaces and the amenity spaces are designed to be able to operate while maintaing social distancing. Furthermore, the building will be equipped with smart devices through out to minimize physical contact.
