Haeahn Architecture

Designed by H Architecture, located within Yeouido Park, one of Seoul’s most ecologically and symbolically significant public spaces, Sejong Center II is envisioned as a new cultural anchor that transcends the traditional definition of a performance venue. As Yeouido continues to evolve into an international business and ecological hub, the new center will contribute to this transformation by creating a space that integrates nature, culture, and everyday urban life.

Sejong Center II will serve as an open civic platform—welcoming individuals and large gatherings alike. With accessible public space throughout the day and night, the design promotes inclusivity and connection. It will be both a stage for the individual and a festival ground for thousands, offering Seoul citizens a chance to rediscover Yeouido, the Han River, and the surrounding park through everyday cultural engagement.
